FAQ
Startup launch package FAQs
How much does the startup launch package cost?
The bundle runs from $4,000 to $15,000 USD, or A$6,000 to A$22,000 for Australian clients. That range reflects how much product there is to build, not how much strategy work happens, because the strategy is constant. A marketing site, brand basics and a pitch deck sit near the bottom. A functioning web application with user accounts, payments and an admin view sits near the top.
How fast can we launch?
Six to ten weeks from kickoff for most packages with a simple product. The plan splits into roughly one week of scoping, two to three weeks of brand and design, three to five weeks of build, and a week of testing and launch prep. Founders who need something in front of investors sooner should ask about a scoped first version, which trims the feature list rather than the quality bar.
Who owns the product code, brand files and deck?
You own all of it, in your accounts. Source code goes into your own repository, the domain and hosting are in your name, and brand files are handed over in editable formats rather than flattened exports. The pitch deck is yours to edit without us. There is no equity ask and no revenue share, this is a fixed-price service.
What happens after launch, and is support included?
We fix bugs free for 30 days after launch. If a signup flow loses a password reset email or a payment webhook misfires, that is on us. Post-launch feature work is expected and normal for a startup, so we quote it in small batches rather than locking you into a large monthly retainer before you know what users actually want. Send us a list, we size it, you decide what to build next.
Can we get a cheaper first version and expand later?
That is usually the right call and we will push you toward it. A stripped first version with one core user journey, manual admin work behind the scenes and no billing complexity often costs 40 to 60 percent less and ships in half the time. A smaller first release also tells you faster whether the idea works. We would rather build version one for less and have you fund version two from evidence.
Do you help with fundraising or make investor introductions?
We build the deck, sharpen the narrative and can sit in a rehearsal to pressure-test your answers, but we do not introduce investors and we are not a fundraising advisor. We have no investor network to offer and will not pretend otherwise. What we can do is make sure the product in the demo actually works and looks like something people would pay for, which is the part founders most often get caught on.
