FAQ
Business email setup FAQs
How much does business email setup cost?
US clients pay $100 to $400 and Australian clients pay A$150 to A$550 as a one-time setup. That covers our work only. You also pay the provider directly, roughly $7 to $25 per user per month depending on the plan and tier.
How long does it take?
Two to five business days. DNS changes need time to propagate, and Microsoft 365 tenant verification can take up to 24 hours on its own.
Who owns the email accounts?
You do. The tenant is registered in your company's name with your billing details and your recovery contacts. We are added as an admin during setup and removed at handover if you prefer.
What happens after launch?
We confirm mail is flowing in both directions and that authentication passes. After that it is mostly self-serve, though we can add or remove mailboxes on request.
Will this stop our emails going to spam?
Correct SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records fix the technical reasons mail gets filtered, and that is a large share of the problem. Reputation and content still matter. If your domain has years of poor sending history, deliverability improves over weeks rather than overnight.
Can you migrate our old emails from another provider?
Yes. Gmail, Outlook, and most IMAP providers migrate cleanly, including folders and read state. Large mailboxes take longer, and migrations run in the background so your team keeps working from the old account until cutover.
What if we already have a domain registrar we like?
That is fine and common. We keep your registrar and only add the DNS records they ask for. Nothing moves unless you want it to.
