FAQ

NGO / nonprofit digital package FAQs

What does the nonprofit package cost?

Between $700 and $3,000 USD, or A$1,000 to A$4,500, and these are discounted rates rather than our commercial pricing. The lower figure covers a brochure site with a donation button and volunteer forms. The upper range adds a programme database, impact dashboards and multi-language content. We will tell you which end you realistically fall into after one conversation, and we will say when your needs fit the smaller number.

How much of a discount is this really?

Roughly 20 to 30 percent off our standard rates for comparable work, applied across the board rather than as a headline number on one line item. We do not inflate the scope to make the discount look larger. There is no separate NGO rate card with hidden conditions, and the quote you get is the quote we would give a business for the same deliverable set minus the discount.

Can donors give from Bangladesh and from abroad?

Yes. We integrate local options such as bKash and SSLCommerz alongside international gateways like Stripe or PayPal. One limitation worth knowing: receiving foreign donations into a Bangladeshi organisation can involve regulatory requirements around NGO Affairs Bureau registration and foreign currency accounts. That is a compliance matter for your finance team, and we build the payment flow to match whatever structure you have approval for.

We can only pay in instalments. Is that possible?

Yes. Nonprofit projects usually run on three payments: 30 percent to start, 40 percent at the midpoint, and 30 percent on delivery. We can spread that further for genuinely small organisations, and we will say when the schedule is too thin to be workable. What we cannot do is carry the full cost, since we are a small studio paying our own bills.

Who maintains the site after we launch?

Your team can, and that is the intention. Content is editable through a simple admin panel, and we record a training session so new staff can learn from it later rather than depending on whoever attended the handover. If you would rather not manage it, a small monthly retainer covers updates, backups and security patches. Many nonprofits take that for the first year and then bring it in-house.

Can our impact numbers be shown honestly without overstating them?

They should be, and we build the reporting pages around whatever data you actually collect. If you track meals served, children enrolled or workshops delivered, the site shows those figures with the reporting period attached. We will not write claims you cannot evidence, because funders check, and a number that cannot be traced back to a record damages trust more than a modest figure would.

Do you work with organisations outside Bangladesh?

We are based in Dhaka and have not yet worked with international nonprofit clients, so we would be a new choice for you rather than a proven one. What we can offer is the same fixed-price quoting and after-sales support we give locally, time zone overlap with Australia and the UK for part of the day, and a portfolio you can inspect before committing. We would rather state that plainly than imply a track record we do not have.
