FAQ
Video production & motion graphics FAQs
How much does video production cost?
Videos start at $500 and go to $4,000 USD each, or A$700 to A$5,500. A 30-second animated explainer or a simple social reel sits at the bottom. Live-action shoots, multiple actors, custom illustration and complex 3D or character animation sit at the top. Prices are per finished video, and bundling three or more videos brings the per-video rate down noticeably.
How long does a video take to produce?
Two to three weeks for an animated explainer, and three to five weeks if it involves a shoot day, location booking and talent. Scripting and storyboard approval take about a week, production one to two weeks, and revisions three to five working days. The single biggest delay is waiting on feedback, so we ask for consolidated notes at two fixed review points rather than a steady trickle.
Who owns the video and the project files?
You own the finished video and the project files, including the After Effects compositions, illustrations and source footage. Music and stock footage are licensed to you under their standard terms, and we pass on the licence details so you can confirm the usage scope. Voiceover is a one-time buyout for your use, with no ongoing talent residuals on our standard projects.
What happens after delivery, and are revisions included?
Every project includes two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Trimming a shot, changing text or swapping music is covered. Re-cutting the story, adding a new scene or producing a second language version is new work with its own price. If a platform changes its aspect ratio requirements later, we can re-export from the project file for a small fee, which is exactly why we keep the source.
Can you use AI voiceover or stock footage to cut the cost?
Yes, and it is a legitimate way to cut a budget by 30 to 40 percent on a simple explainer. The tradeoff is real: AI narration still mispronounces brand names and place names, and some audiences notice it within seconds. Stock footage can look generic if the visuals are not carefully matched to the script. We will tell you honestly when a cheaper route will look cheap and when it will not.
Do you shoot on location, and which locations?
We shoot in Dhaka and across Bangladesh, which keeps crew, equipment and travel costs low. International shoots are possible but add flights, accommodation, permits and local crew hire, which can double or triple a budget on their own. For Australian, US and UK clients, a common approach is scripting, animation and all post-production here, with a local videographer briefed and directed by us for any live footage needed.
