How long does setup take?
A single platform is typically done in 3 to 5 working days. A four-platform bundle with starter content takes 1 to 2 weeks. The delay is almost always access, not design: verifying a Facebook page, confirming a YouTube channel or recovering a LinkedIn page from a former employee can each take days on the platform's side. We hand you an access checklist on day one so that clock starts early.
Who owns the accounts and the artwork?
The accounts are yours, created under your business email with your phone number for recovery. We hand over admin access and remove our own access at the end if you prefer. All artwork, template files and written copy are yours with no licence restriction. Never let an agency own your page as a business asset, and we do not ask to.
What happens after the profiles are set up?
You get 30 days of bug fixing, covering things like mis-sized artwork or a broken link in your bio. Ongoing posting, community management, comment replies and monthly content are separate services with their own fees. If a platform rolls out a new profile layout that breaks the artwork, we will tell you, though redesigning it is a small quoted job rather than part of the original setup.
Will setting up profiles get us followers?
No, and setup work alone never does. Followers come from consistent posting, paid reach or an audience you already have elsewhere. What setup gives you is a credible landing place when someone checks you out after seeing an ad or a referral. For a new business, paid ads to a well-set-up profile convert far better than organic posting into an empty room.
Can you take over profiles that a previous agency or employee created?
Usually yes, but ownership recovery is the hard part and it is not something we can guarantee. If the page is tied to a personal Facebook profile or an email address nobody controls anymore, Meta's recovery process can take weeks and occasionally fails outright. We have seen businesses abandon a page with 20,000 followers and start again. Check who controls your assets today rather than after you need to move.
