FAQ
Content writing & copywriting FAQs
How much does content writing cost?
US clients pay $30 to $150 per article and Australian clients pay A$40 to A$180 per article. Product descriptions and short posts sit at the low end. Long technical guides, landing page copy, and research-heavy pieces sit at the top.
How long does one article take?
Three to five business days for a standard article, longer if it needs an interview or product research. Monthly packages run on a schedule you set at the start of each month.
Who owns the writing?
You do, including full copyright on delivery. We do not resell or reuse your content, and we do not put our byline on it unless you ask.
What happens after delivery?
One round of revisions is included, and it is usually enough. We do not rewrite a piece indefinitely, because in practice that means the brief was wrong rather than the draft.
Do you use AI to write the content?
We may use it for outlining and research summaries, but a person writes and edits the final piece. Fully generated copy reads flat and gets flagged by readers, so it costs you more in credibility than it saves in time.
How do you handle topics you do not know well?
We ask for a 20-minute call with someone on your team, plus any internal docs. For medical, legal, or regulated financial content we write the draft and your expert signs off on accuracy, because we will not invent a claim we cannot verify.
Can you match our existing brand voice?
Yes. Send three to five pieces you are happy with and we work from those. It takes one or two drafts to calibrate, which is why the first piece in a new engagement sometimes needs more revision than later ones.
