FAQ
Automated reporting & dashboards FAQs
How much does automated reporting cost?
US clients pay $800 to $4,000 and Australian clients pay A$1,200 to A$6,000 per report setup. Two data sources and one scheduled email sit near $800. A dozen sources, a custom dashboard, and per-region breakdowns push toward the top.
How long does setup take?
One to three weeks. Most of the delay is access: getting API credentials from whoever administers each platform often takes longer than the build itself.
Who owns the reports and the pipeline?
You do, including the transformation scripts and the dashboard definition. If we host it, we can migrate it to your own Google Cloud or AWS account at any point.
What happens after launch?
Reports break when a platform changes its API or someone revises a spreadsheet column. We include 30 days of fixes and then offer a small monthly retainer to monitor the pipeline for you.
What if two sources disagree on the same number?
That is normal and worth surfacing. Google Analytics and your CRM will report different revenue figures because they attribute differently. We document which source is authoritative for each metric instead of silently averaging them.
Can you report on data that is not in an API yet?
Yes, if it lives in a spreadsheet, a database, or a CSV export on a schedule. If the data only exists in someone's head or on paper, we start by getting it captured somewhere first.
